Learn participatory methods that enable groups to achieve shared understanding, build consensus on ways to move forward and create plans that result in committed action – whether in physically together or geographically dispersed.  These are the same Technology of Participation methods taught in ToP Facilitation Methods adapted for the virtual environment.

This online course meets in 9 consecutive modules as follows:

 

Method Module dates – all sessions 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Focused Conversation Monday, Tuesday and Friday – January 4, 5, 8, 2021
Consensus Workshop Monday, Tuesday and Friday – January 11, 12, 15
Action Planning Tuesday (AM and PM) and Friday – January 19, 22
  • No class on January 18 due to Martin Luther King holiday.  Class meets morning and afternoon on January 19, 2021

Registration closes December 20, 2020 in order that participants have materials in time to prepare.
