TFM Leadership - Online Intensive

Learn participatory methods that enable groups to achieve shared understanding, build consensus on ways to move forward and create plans that result in committed action – whether physically together or geographically dispersed. These are the same Technology of Participation methods taught in ToP Facilitation Methods adapted for the virtual environment.
This online course meets in 9 consecutive modules spaced out for more time to practice as follows:

| Consensus Workshop | Monday, Tuesday, and Friday – November 8, 9, and 19 |
| Action Planning | Monday, Tuesday, and Friday – November 29, 30, December 10 |
Registration closes October 14, 2021 in order that participants have materials in time to prepare.
