TFM Leadership - Online Intensive

Learn participatory methods that enable groups to achieve shared understanding, build consensus on ways to move forward and create plans that result in committed action – whether physically together or geographically dispersed. These are the same Technology of Participation methods taught in ToP Facilitation Methods adapted for the virtual environment.
This online course meets in 9 consecutive modules occurring over 6 weeks to accommodate time to practice as follows:

| Consensus Workshop | Monday, Tuesday, and Friday – October 21, 22, November 1 |
| Action Planning | Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – November 4, 6, 15 |
Registration closes October 1 in order that participants have materials in time to prepare.
